Ladies DC To Host Entrepreneurship Holiday Networking & Cocktail Hour | Events

From Lindsey Mask: In the spirit of entrepreneurship and the holidays, Ladies DC (LDC), the leading professional women’s group in the nation’s capitol, joins with D.C.Entrepreneurship Week (DCEW) and Do It In Person to host a special night of networking and cocktails at Eden, one of DC’s hottest lounges.

This holiday event follows the successful completion of the second annual LDC-sponsored D.C. Entrepreneurship Week (DCEW), a collaborative symposium designed by leading industry entrepreneurs to enrich and support DC’s thriving business community, which took place in November of 2011.

As the most prominent and only all-professional women’s group in the Washington D.C. area, Ladies DC serves almost 1700 young, professional women in and around the District and blends perfectly with DCEW, which brings young entrepreneurs together with seasoned business leaders in an interactive learning environment.

Ladies DC is excited to announce that Do It In Person, a NYC professional community and blog forum that aims to bring face-to-face interaction to the forefront of social media networking, will be joining the mix to put on the December cocktail hour. 
 

The Holiday Happy Hour will take place on December 12 from 6pm to 9pm at Eden Lounge and celebrates the spirit of entrepreneurship and holiday cheer by joining young professionals in networking and navigating their professional careers.

Ladies DC is the headquarters and city chapter of Ladies America, a young women’s professional networking organization expanding beyond the DC area with chapters in North Carolina, Texas, and NYC. The membership boasts women from virtually all professional backgrounds, political backgrounds, and includes some of the most dynamic, engaged women in the city and country.
