WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Officials say the 8-month-old boy who was possibly abducted is back with his mother.

Police say the 8-month-old boy was possibly abducted by a woman.

Jh'mere Narjae Holloway was last seen with 21-year-old Jessica Walls on September 1 on the 1400 block of Taylor Street, NW, police said.

Police wouldn't say definitively if the boy was abducted or not. They are calling Walls a "person of interest" in the possible abduction.

"Walls is described as a 21-year-old black female with a light complexion, 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighing between 220 to 240 pounds, with short blonde hair. Ms. Walls has the following tattoos: "Jessica" tattooed on her left arm, red colored paws tattooed on her chest, and a "G" tattooed on her hand," police said.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department's TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.
